Lead Pastor Scott has been our Pastor since July of 2008. Prior to that, he served at WCC as Albany Christian School's Principal for seven years. He and his wife Angela have three children: Adam, Madison, and Ashley. Scott received his undergraduate degree from Corban University and his Masters degree from the University of Portland. Scott is a big baseball fan, loves to spend time with his family, and loves the community of Albany.

Associate Pastor Mike joined WCC's staff in September 2010 as our Associate Pastor. With experience in both pastoral ministry and church administration, Mike makes a great addition to our team. Mike and his wife Melissa both graduated from Corban University in Salem, Oregon where they first met Pastor Scott and his wife. They have five children: John, Angela, Andrew, David, and Geneva. Mike loves to read, write, play music, and spend time with his family, especially at the ocean!

Worship Director Chris joined WCC's staff in August 2011. He grew up in the Willamette Valley and has been involved in music ministry for over 10 years. A few years ago, Chris felt God calling him into ministry full time as a worship leader. Chris has a Bachelor's degree from Corban University in music and has three boys (Caden, Trynt, and Paxton) with his wife, Tosha. Chris loves to spend time with his family, play guitar, watch movies, and listen to music.

Charity Norem Children's Ministry Director Charity joined the staff of WCC in September of 2009 as our Children's Ministry Director. She has loved working with the children and seeing them grow in their relationships with God. She and her husband Josh have 2 boys: Zion and Victor. They have attended WCC since 1998. Their family enjoys hiking, outdoor sports, homeschooling, hanging out with family, and their best friends. Charity also loves going to the farmers market and cooking. |

Craig Glaser High School Director Craig joined the staff of WCC in July of 2011. He graduated from Corban College in 2008 with a degree in Youth and Family Ministeries. Craig and Holli were married in August 2005 and he loves to spend time with his wife and three young kids, Braedon, Aubrey and Krissa. He loves the outdoors and his favorite outdoor activities are camping, backpacking, and hunting. In his free time he likes to work on projects around the house. |

Dylan Ferguson Middle School Director Dylan joined the WCC staff and church family in November of 2012. He loves to work with youth and see them learn and grow with God. He also leads youth through the ministry of Young Life here in Albany. Dylan and his wife, Katherine, have been married since September 2011. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, surfing, playing disc golf and other outdoor sports. |

Becky Phillips Office Administration Becky has been part of the WCC staff since 2000, but has called WCC home for more than 17 years. She and her husband, Rick, have been married since October 1970. Becky is passionate about seeing the difference a relationship with Jesus makes in the lives of people - especially those who are hurting. When Becky is not working, she enjoys opening up her home for game nights, dinners, or swimming in their backyard during the summer! |

Bethany Haile Office Administration Bethany joined the WCC staff in the Spring of 2011. Her family has been part of WCC since 2002. She and her husband, Adam, have been married since October 1998. They have three girls: Emily, Megan, and Faith who enjoy traveling with them to Mexico on short term mission trips. She enjoys photography and almost any outdoor activity, or just spending time with friends and family. She is looking forward to visiting Mexico again and seeing her friends there. |

Vicki Eick Women's Ministry Vicki joined the staff of WCC in April 2011. In addition to her involvement with women’s ministries at WCC over the past 9 years, she also served for 18 years on the women’s ministry team in Littleton, Colorado. Vicki graduated from Corban University in the Adult Studies Program in 2005 with a degree in Family Studies. She enjoys reading, doing handwork, spending time with her family, and encouraging others. Vicki and her husband, Lee, have three grown children. |

Scott Braten Men's Ministry Scott joined our staff in 2012. Scott and his family have been part of the WCC family since 2008. He has a desire to see the men of WCC grow in their relationship with the Lord and for men to be better husbands and fathers so they can use their giftings and energies to glorify God. He and his wife Stacey, married in 2002, have two children, Sarah and Jake. Scott enjoys anything outdoors, including fishing, fishing, and taking people fishing. |

Katie Miller ACS Principal Katie began serving at Albany Christian School in 2005 as the Preschool and Child Care Director. She is a positive leader who brings many years of administrative experience to ACS. Katie earned a degree in Developmental Psychology from Corban University in 1994 and has worked in education for more than ten years. Katie enjoys serving at WCC as part of the Worship Team. Katie and her husband Mike have been married since 1993 and have two great kids! The Miller family loves to hang out at home and invite others to join them! |
